In Season --- July 1 thru August 26
Rentals are Sunday to Sunday: One week minimum
Rates: July 1-15, $2,300.
          July 15 - August 12, $2,700.
         August 12 - 26, $2,300.

Off Season
Rental minimum, 2 days
Rates: Flexible

• Open year round
• Deposit: one half the total amount due immediately, the remainder upon arrival
• Cancellation: Up to one month before rental for full deposit, otherwise deposit returned only if another renter books unit.
• No pets. No smoking
